Rafael Nadal won the first point for Spain deafeating world No. 20 Tomas Berdych in a three-set match 75 60 62. And then David Ferrer, one of my favorite tennis players, produced one of the greatest Davis Cup comebacks of all time to put Spain in a commanding 2-0 lead after the first day’s play at the Davis Cup by BNP Paribas Final in Barcelona.


David Ferrer was completely outplayed by Radek Stepanek in the opening two sets but fought back strongly to win 16 26 64 64 86 in four hours, 17 minutes. GOOD JOB DAVIS! VAMOOOOS SPAIN!!!

This is one of my favorite tennis tournaments, both Juan Carlos Ferrero and David Ferrer won there before and I met some good friends there.

But this year tennis tournament in Valencia became much biger, they moved it from clay court to hard and from april to november and to the new location with amazing location.
